Triathlon Coaching Packages
The key to improved performance is consistency. All our packages offer guidance, support, and encouragement from our experienced coaches to ensure our athletes arrive at their start line in the best possible shape while maintaining a healthy balance in pursuing their goals, promoting enjoyment and longevity in triathlon. Unlike many coaching companies, we limit the number of athletes we take on to ensure we can invest the time, effort, and support that your commitment deserves.
Why Get A Coach?
Each challenge is as individual as you. With 1-2-1 coaching, we can prioritise training that is specific to your goal.
We are here to offer accountability, support you, and share our knowledge, experience, and lessons learned. We are happy to discuss equipment choices, training, nutrition, and race day strategy. We consider your sporting background, current level of fitness, and ability to set you on the right path. By monitoring your training, we ensure our athletes build, taper, and rest when required, a cycle that prevents fatigue, injuries, and overtraining. We review and analyse your performance so are able to tailor your plan and evolve sessions to consolidate your strengths whilst focusing on weaknesses. By providing regular feedback and promoting variety, we work to keep you mentally motivated and confident that each session is aligned with your specific goal.
How it Works
Your coach plans and uploads all your workouts to industry leading 2-way communication platform TrainingPeaks each month. You can then view these on a shared calendar, and get a reminder email each day with details of the session for you to complete. When you complete your workout, you can sync or manually upload your GPS so we can see you've completed it. This enables your coach to assess your progression, offer feedback and adjust sessions as you improve. Sessions are updated monthly and your coach regularly checks your progress and provides valuable feedback via the app, messages, emails, or coaching calls.

For 1-2-1 Triathlon Coaching simply arrange a free coaching consultation using the link below and our Head-Coach will call at a time convenient to you. It’s a great opportunity for us to introduce ourselves, get to know each other, and answer any questions you may have.

Complete the inquiry form on our Contact page and we’ll answer your questions and arrange to return a call at your convenience.
We’ll then send you an email with your agreed Start date, TrainingPeaks account Login details. Once your first months payment has been processed, we’ll deliver a bespoke personal training plan that will be specific to you, taking into consideration all your external contributing factors, designing a plan that matches your needs and goals.
For Triathlon Squad Coaching, simply subscribe and complete the sign-up form in our store.
You’ll receive a welcome email that includes a Squad guide, links to resources and social groups, and a second email with your TrainingPeaks account login details (if required).

North Endurance is much more than a coaching company. We offer a bike fitting service, swim lessons, remote swim analysis, and organise training trips and camps. All of our coaching packages include free club membership and we encourage our community of athletes to communicate through social groups, training platforms, and club sessions. We have grown a diverse community of triathletes and runners with a mix of interests & abilities, and it is our ethos to provide the same opportunities to everyone, irrespective of time or location constraints.

Nope! We coach athletes all over the country. By using modern communication platforms & training platforms, athletes from all over the region, country, and world are able to join our community and group training sessions.

Not at all. We can assist you on your journey and provide you with a plan to ensure your development is smooth and enjoyable. We have worked with many athletes over the years who are new to swimming, cycling & running who have gone on to finish IRONMAN triathlons. Your boundaries are limitless.

We are all time-limited. We work together to produce a structure and flow to your training that specifically suits you, making the most of your time available to train with a bespoke plan that works around your career, family, and friends. More time training doesn’t always guarantee the best results! Your programmed sessions ensure you get the most bang for your buck from the time available, cutting down on ‘junk hours’. We have two plans available to follow with our Triathlon Squad Coaching. One is approx 4-6 hours a week, the other approx 6-10 hours a week. You can choose which plan you’d like to follow and change plans at any time.

Both our 1-2-1 and Squad plans are delivered through a TrainingPeaks account. TrainingPeaks is a world-leading online training platform and is compatible with computers and 100+ devices. It allows us to plan and deliver your training schedule, analyse your performance through a range of metrics, track your progress and communicate effectively with you. If you’ve not used TrainingPeaks before, don’t panic! It’s simple to use and we’ll set your account up for new. A premium account is included with all 1-2-1 Plans. A Basic account is provided with our Triathlon Squad coaching, but you can add a premium for an extra £10 or upgrade your own. With all TrainingPeaks accounts, you can export and sync your workouts from your training calendar to your favorite training device or app including Garmin Connect, Strava and Zwift.

There isn’t an extensive list of equipment required, and again, we can provide a bespoke plan that works around your circumstances. If training for a triathlon, access to a pool, swim goggles, pull buoy, and paddles will be required. Access to a bike, stationary bike, or turbo trainer would be ideal. Other than that, ideally with a GPS watch and Heart Rate monitor. Other data collectors such as cycle power meters can be utilised but are by no means essential. Bike workouts can be imported into online turbo platforms such as Zwift or Trainer Road.

Not at all! You can do the session using the training platform of your choice, or simply record the session on your watch. No turbo?… you can ride outside or use a gym bike. We'll give you the workout details so you can use Power or Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) levels.

As part of your initial consultation, we will provide you with a standard medical questionnaire. If you have any doubts, your GP, specialist consultant or physio is the person to advise you of your training limitations. We are able to offer advice on how to alter your training schedule in line with your injuries, but require an honest and open athlete/coach relationship to do so. We are unable to give medical advice.

You can pay by an automatic re-occurring card payment for all our coaching plans via our store (see links below package descriptions)
1-2-1 Coached athletes have the option to pay by monthly standing order set-up for your agreed start date. We’ll provide bank details in your starter email.

Nope. We don’t charge either of these. We strive to deliver the best possible service and we’re sure you’ll enjoy being part of the team.

You can cancel your coaching at any time, simply notify your coach. We simply ask for a months’ notice from the date of payment for ending 1-2-1 coaching.
To cancel your Squad Coaching subscription, simply login to the website and end your subscription, or contact us.
